As you know, everyone is surfing the internet on a variety of devices these days. Whether it’s on an iPhone, an Android phone, an iPad or other tablet, or a laptop or desktop, on screens of all sizes – it’s important for your website to look great for every visitor, no matter how big or small their screen is!
This is such a hot topic these days, that Google has announced that it will be rewarding mobile-friendly websites.
Ubertor has released a series of Responsive Theme Templates that we are encouraging all our clients to move to so that everyone’s website benefits from looking “right” on all devices, all the time, and that Google will send visitors to your website.
We want all Ubertor clients on older templates to get everyone on board!

What’s involved in the upgrade?
– We will upgrade your current Ubertor website template to one of the new Ubertor responsive templates.
– We will design a new banner image that will look great as it adjusts to the different sized screens. This might be as simple as using a similar design to your current banner, or creating something new for you.
– Update or add social media links as desired – making Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn logos click through to your social media pages.
– Audit and/or set up Google Analytics and Google Sitemaps so that you can see how many people are visiting your site and make sure that Google is properly indexing your website, daily!
What do you need to do?
1.) Pick a template and colour scheme from the list below. We have created sample sites, so just click through the links below to have a look at the different layouts (two available themes are Avenue and Pacific) and styles / colour schemes.
2.) Pick a website font you would like for the site, samples below.
3.) Provide or pick a banner image, or give us some guidance on what you’d like designed. Images must be at least 1920px wide by max of 450-500px high. We recommend looking at www.istockphoto.com and taking note of the 6 or 7 digit number of the image(s) that you like. These images cost $13 per credit – take note of the cost as you peruse the photos.
3.) Provide your Google account login so that we can audit / set up your Google Analytics and submit your Site Map to Google. We can also set up a Google account for his purpose if you do not have one, or are unsure of your login credentials.
Optional) If you want a custom colour set, we can adjust the templates with a custom colour palette for an additional $69.
